2051 Monument Street is more than just a physical location; it is a spiritual avenue where God's divine intervention has left its mark. Join us for a stewardship sermon series, "Miracle on Monument Street," where we will explore the profound connection between faith, stewardship, and the miraculous moments that happen all around us. Together, we’ll discover the undeniable power of God and how our stewardship can be a source of miraculous transformation for our community and beyond!
In this series, you can expect to:
- Celebrate God's Blessings: We will start by acknowledging the incredible blessings we've received from God and the miracles we've witnessed on Monument Street.
- Embrace Stewardship: Explore the concept of stewardship as an act of faith, where we faithfully manage and share the resources and talents entrusted to us by God.
- Discover Miracles in Giving: Learn how our faithful giving and stewardship efforts can lead to miraculous outcomes for our church, our community, and our own lives.
- Commit to Ongoing Miracles: Reflect on how we can continue to be good stewards, ensuring that the miracles on Monument Street endure for generations to come.
What have we accomplished as a church?
How have we used the resources God has blessed us with?
Who are the laity leading us?
Where is God calling us next?
These are the questions at the heart of our October 22 Sunday services that we’re calling “State of the Church.”
We want every person who is a part of our community of faith to be informed and inspired by the ministry we’re doing together, the impact we’re making, and the leaders God has raised up to lead us forward.
Join us to learn about the “state of the church.”
Celebrate the season with Imagination Sunday on October 29 in worship at 9:00 and 10:30. ALL AGES are invited to wear their most imaginative costume to worship and there are prizes awaiting for the best-dressed participants!
And don't miss Trunk or Treat in the afternoon from 4-6PM as we create a safe, fun, trick-or-treating experience for the whole community and we need your help. We are looking for candy donations, event volunteers, and trunk hosts to decorate their cars. There will be prizes for the most creative trunks so you won’t want to miss out!
