Have you lost a loved one or know someone that will find it difficult to face each day? GriefShare is a 14-week non-denominational program featuring Christ-centered, program that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. The group will meet on Sundays 4-6pm, beginning January 10. Choose to meet via Zoom or in person (socially distanced) at the church. A one-time registration fee of $15 per participant is payable at the first meeting. Scholarships are available to cover the cost of the registration fee when needed. Participants can join anytime during the session.
If joining by Zoom, preregistration is required.
Safe social distancing protocols will be practiced. You will be asked to wear a mask when entering, leaving and during socializing times. Masks may be removed once we are all seated at a safe social distance from each other. Meeting rooms are sanitized before and after each meeting. Due to our safety requirements for social distance, class size is limited.
The DVD seminar features nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion about what was seen on the DVD. Daily work in the GriefShare workbook also helps one look thoughtfully at their grief experience and helps in the healing process.
Our GriefShare group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we’ve been in the same place. We will walk with you through grief toward healing and hope for the future.
