Jill Moffett

Associate Pastor
317-773-2500 x203

Pastor Jill Moffett comes to Noblesville First from Rosedale Hills United Methodist Church on the south side of Indianapolis and brings amazing gifts for ministry. Her expertise is in Discipleship through Bible Study, preaching, writing and creative outreach ministry in the greater community.

Jill grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, received her undergraduate degree in religious studies from Butler University and her Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology in Atlanta, Georgia.

You will find Jill to be intelligent and relational. She describes her passions as preaching, teaching, sacraments, music, administration and pastoral care. Jill is a proud mom to four-year-old Xavier who is already enrolled in our Preschool. She enjoys singing in the Indianapolis Women’s Chorus, exercising, theater, and being with friends and family.

Jill is also an accomplished writer, having been published in a Ministry Matters article in June 2012 entitled “Preaching Grace in a Culture of Revenge.” She has also contributed to two books … Becoming a Disciple: A Life Long Venture by Adolph Hansen and Speaking Truth: Women Raising Their Voices in Prayer by Emily Peck-McClain, Jen Tyler et al.

We will get to know Pastor Jill more in the coming months as she begins her transition to Noblesville and gets ready to begin on July 1. Until then we ask that you pray for her and her son as well as Noblesville First as we prepare for the next chapter in our ministry.
