Parenting in a Pandemic: How to Connect with Your Teens

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Kristen Boice | FEB 2021 web

Have you been struggling with how to help your teen navigate the loneliness, anxiety, depression, isolation, e-learning, and all of the changes the last year has brought? You are not alone! Research has shown teens are feeling more depressed and anxious than ever before.

In this session, Kristen D. Boice, licensed marriage and family therapist and owner of Pathways to Healing Counseling, will share helpful and powerful strategies and information on how to create connection, process emotions, and support your teen.

Join us on Wednesday, February 24 from 6:30-8:30pm on Zoom. There will be plenty of time in the last hour for Kristen to answer your questions.
