At the end of the Sermon on the Mount the crowd describes Jesus’ teachings as coming from someone with authority (Matt 7:28-29). Jesus, in the Sermon on the Mount, shares with us a radical way of living, the way God intends life on earth to be. Some try to water down Jesus’ teachings to be more manageable, more doable. We would do better to take his words seriously and live them authentically. We'll explore these teachings in a series that begins June 3 and concludes August 19.
